Version 28.11.0 Released

Hello, 

I launched the game today and noticed my version number is 28.11.0. I didn't opt in to betas and I don't find any documentation about this release. Any idea what changed?

Maybe it was the "Small Hotfix forAugust 29th"?  It came out about 6 hours after the 28.10 update (at least on steam) and the only notes say:

  • Fix CPU performance issue / overheating with certain chips.
