Game Not Fully Closing After Exiting To Desktop

After selecting "Exit To Desktop" from within a game, Sins doesn't always close properly. 

I exited the game last night, and was surprised to hear Sins music when I put on my headphones this morning. I've attached an image of my task manager, where it seems the game was still running in some capacity. 

This is actually the second time this has happened (the first being pre-patch). Screenshot of taskbar with Sins remaining open after closing the game
