Game crashing over textures

Sins 2 keeps crashing and is unplayable. I get message after message about textures and should I skip, skip all, break? Tried reinstalling with no luck. Some of the tutorials work some don't for the same reason.

What are your hardware specs and OS?
Are you running any associated mods?
Have you tried verifying files yet?
