I do not know for sure, but I have my doubts as to whether Deskscapes has that capability. You could send along a feature request to Stardock. Perhaps this feature can be added to a future version, if it is not there already. Perhaps someone from Stardock and Wincustomize can clarify and correct me if necessary. However, there are a few other options you may want to look into.
The first one is when you choose your own wallpaper and then set up Windows 10 to display a slideshow that periodically changes the wallpaper during the day and evening.
