Start 11 V2 Won't open or Crash uninstalled

Sorry to hear you are having issues. First, please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation.

If you still have issue, please report back here, include more information on your system.

1. Windows full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe
2. Start11 v2 full version number installed.
3. Do you have any other 3rd party software that change the behavior of StartPanel, Taskbar and/or Windows Explorer. Such as StartAllback, ExplorerPatcher, Open Shell or any similar in function.

Only 3rd party i have is Files app

quick question how do i changed my pic on the forums or could you do that for me ?(off topic)

Delete your browsers cache and you should see it.

how do i do that ?

You will need to clear your browser cache and than reload the the page to make sure your avatar get changed.

I don't see a change either. Make sure is meets the requirements of 100x100 pixels, .jpg or .png, and 40 KB or less.

Try saving as a .png file using the compression setting to get the file size down.

On my smartphone it looks like it works just fine 

I cleared the cache on Safari on my iPhone, and I still see the old avatar.

Damn how can we can this issue then?

Create a .png file that is 100x100 pixels, and save using the compression setting. Check to make sure that the file size is less than 40K.

Log in and go to:

https://www.stardock.com/accounts/accountinfo

Now click the blue upload button, and select the avatar you saved.

That's it.

Wait a few minutes and then open your browser and clear the cache.

Unfortunately, sometimes the forums avatars don't change immediately after you have replaced the old one. If the upload of the new avatar is successful and is correctly displayed on your account page, you just have to wait for it to be updated.
