My game saves suddenly becomes unplayable after I rerun the game

They were the saves playing with mods, it is ensured that no mod has been applyed or removed. I shuted the game down directly however, not by clicking "quit to desktop" on the menu. The problem might be generated by that. I reran the game and found my saves became all unplayable as if it was been removed or added any mods, and I found on the mod management one mod disappeared and automaticlly comes back.

Please, I need support urgently. The mod were random maps reforged, 4th-level-abilites and laser beam.

I could find somewhere to upload the save if it is required.

Hello, does this issue persist in the new update? If so try reverting with the following steps from the changelog
This update won't work with old save games and replays but you can still play them by using the previous version:

Previous Version Instructions
If you wish to finish up your game on the previous version, do the following:

  1. Select ‘Sins of a Solar Empire II’ in your Steam Library.
  2. Click the gear icon in the upper right.
  3. Select Properties → Betas
  4. Select 'previous_edition' from the Beta Participation dropdown.
  5. Steam will update you to the latest files.
  6. To switch to latest repeat step 4 and select ‘None’

Note: You will need to re-subscribe to all mods for this update. We apologize for the hassle; this will be a one-time thing.
