Right-click menu not displaying on pinned taskbar apps (Start 11 v1.5)

As titled, the right-click menu does not display when I right-click on any of my pinned taskbar applications. My taskbar is pinned to the top of the screen.

When I move my taskbar to the bottom of the screen, the right-click menu appears as expected. However, this is not a viable workaround.

Unfortunately this is due to a recent change in Windows 11.

You would need Start11 v2 to resolve this and enable enhanced taskbar in Start11 at the same time.

Same issue on Windows 11.  While enabling the enhanced taskbar does fix the right-click, it also removes one of my taskbar integrations for network traffic (NetGenius).  Will the original issue get fixed or is this the permanent workaround?

So the advice is to pay more money to Stardock because they won't fix problems in Start11 v1?

Sweet business-to-customer relationship here.

V1 was replaced by V2 about a year ago and the change is due to a Windows change not a Start11 one.  On top taskbar has a note about it relying on OS functionality and it could change based on OS changes.  We have in fact done a lot over the years to keep it functional in newer Windows versions.

We have also provided numerous tweaks to v1 since V2 came out including fixes relating to 24H2, but the on top taskbar is something thats pretty niche and the change required was too much due to changes in the code base since V2 was split off.

It isn't like we are going to get a lot of upgrades from this so that isn't the motivation here.

It is possible this will fix itself in later Windows updates as the issue was not present in Canary builds of Windows which may imply it is unintended behaviour.
