Have you tried uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling from a freshly downloaded latest edition  from your account and rebooting?

Have you tried various skins such as the default ones? Is the behavior the same?

I have found that if the Mouse pointer size is set to anything above 1, that  it can cause problems with CursorFX 4.03. Check this setting and make sure it is set to 1.

if possible i would let to downgrade if i can

If you still have the installer available, you could downgrade. Just make sure to uninstall 4.03 first. Stardock doesn't offer the older version anymore.

Do you have a high resolution monitor that is scaled by a high percentage, or scaled to a custom percentage? Also, try a few of the default cursors that came with 4.03.

Quoting pelaird,

What cursor are you using in this screenshot?

Alienware Invader

This is a really well designed cursor! The text cursor is a little busy for me, but the other states are awesome.
