Problems Activating Icon Packager

from Stardock Forums

I upgraded my Oject Desktop, which includes Icon Packager; however, when I input the license key it says it is invalid. I also tried activating via my Stardock account and that says Icon Packager is not associated wiht my account.

 

Not sure how to fix this.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I checked in ObjectDesktop page: https://www.stardock.com/products/odnt/. And I notice IconPackager no longer listed under ObjectDesktop package. I am not sure why it is still listed in your order listing. It best for you to raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
