I don't understand.

So because I am no longer a customer, I cannot download my own skins?

I have not even downloaded anything for ages so I don't get this, if I recall correctly, someone else raised this issue a while ago but I do not remember who it was.
Help me understand the logic behind not allowing someone do download their own skins, I have contributed to this community in the past and have uploaded skins, not as many as others but come on, not able to download what I have uploaded here takes the cake and as far as that goes, I should be allowed do download other peoples skins at a reduced number which I have not been able to do for several weeks.

You are showing 0 downloads remaining. Delete your browser cache and the Stardock cookies. You should then be able to download 5 times. Or you could donate to Stardock and subscribe.

Hi JC. My guess is that the reason you can't dl anything (not just your own stuff) is that your WC sub has run out.

The incident you remember involved Dcrew57 whose membership ran out as well and he couldn't dl his stuff either.

That did nothing, as far as donating and subscribing, I have done that for years, Stardock received hundreds of dollars from me, it has only been since July that I allowed my sub to not be renewed, if I am not allowed to download other peoples work, I should at least be allowed to download my own stuff.

I see, well that explains it. Actually, it must be that I am not a Stardock Customer since July, I have not been a Wincustomize subscriber for a long time and I was able to download things without limit.

I see, well that explains it. Actually, it must be that I am not a Stardock Customer since July, I have not been a Wincustomize subscriber for a long time and I was able to download things without limit.

One "covers" the other...or "overlaps" might be a slightly better term, as both will get you dl privileges on WC.

Even if you don't have a WC Subscription, but have a current product that you bought from Stardock, you will be able to download unlimited data, until the next major version of a program you bought came out which would switch your status in your account from "Current Customer" to "Past Customer" at that point you would need to buy the upgrade or subscribe to WC, I believe. I'm a bit shaky on the "Classic Subscription", etc. stuff, though.
