Upgrading standard game to premium edition

from Stardock Forums

My brother recently gifted the base game to me on steam and we've been having a blast.
Now i want to commit and get the premium edition and get the extras (Digital soundtrack, future DLC) but realized that there arent any options to upgrade to premium.

Will there be a way to do this?

.....except Albertobi8306 has the game on Steam, and that Sins2 store page indicates the content pass is only available on the Stardock and Epic stores, not on Steam.  I am in the same situation:  I have the standard game on Steam and wish to buy the content pass, but it is not available on the Steam store page.

Stardock:  when will the content pass be available on Steam?
