[Request] Disable Mobile Rulership

There are a couple really easy tweaks to make this game better and surprised there isn't a mod for this yet, but looking for a mod to disable Mobile Rulership. It completely disregards all aspects of the Homeworld win condition and is genuinely unfun to play against, even for computer players.

If it only could be made on a Titan that would make some sort of last stand scenario unless they reclaim their homeworld, but as it is right now it can literally be made anywhere and turns it into one of the most drawn out games you can imagine.

mobile rulership is awesome its what makes the vasari exodus my favorite. disabling it entirely would null and void their entire bonus/perk. i do think it should only be on one ship though instead of added to any/all. or perhaps on titan as you said in second part. as a mod it wouldn't to bad i simply wouldn't use it but i hope they don't disable it entirely on base game.

We have actually restricted it to the exodus titan in the latest update. May I ask how both of your player experience has been since?

It feels okay to me. I really love Exodus and not having to care about defending planets, and I always put it on Titan because it has the most HP. It definitely adds risk to the “no planets” strategy and that’s fun. But maybe it could also be on a starbase with phase engines?
