Sync Error when playing with Friends

Running into a sync error every time I try to play with friends, tried with two different people and I have the issue with both of them.

My friends are able to play with each other (without me) and they do not run into the sync error. 

This happens consistently within the first two minutes of starting a multiplayer game each time.  We all running Windows 11, my PC is less than two weeks old at this point and is running an AMD 7 7800X3D CPU, with an Nvidia 4080 and 64 GB of RAM.

Below is example of the error log we get.  Any help in resolving this would be much appreciated.

I have the exact same problem with a friend. Longest we've managed was about 5 minutes until we got hit with a similar desync error. Weirdly the game isn't entirely out of sync. Unit, planets etc. no longer sync, but we can send resources to each other. Both running through Steam on Win 11.

I have exactly the same issue playing with my friend. Regardless of whether we play via LAN or Internet, we get a sync error after a few minutes. For that reason, the game is not playable for both of us at the moment ...

We both play on Windows 11 using Steam. We were also connected to the Internet with a LAN cable. We even tried a direct PC to PC LAN connection to play offline but we got also sync errors in this scenario.

In addition we already had the same problem before with the latest beta/test version via Epic one month ago.
