Item Price, Factory Unit Price & Orbital Structure Price reductions are smaller than shown in tooltips.

Tested both "Optimized Construction" and "Matter Synthesizer" bonuses

Game Version: 28.3.0.0

No other (visible) bonuses were active when I took the values. The cost reduction values shown in the unit tooltips are 15|18|33% respectively.

A second bug I noticed while investigating this was, that when you have a bonus active that reduces costs to a decimal value the value in the tooltip is not rounded the same way as the one that is removed from your resources (the red number below you stockpile when you're spending).

Hey, thanks for creating all the excel sheets, must have been quite a journey!

What you are expecting is
100% - 18% = 82%

But what actually happens is:
100% / 1.18 = 84.75%

The individual differences come from rounding. Such math often feels unusual for a new person, but it is quite common in gaming to have those kind of formulas.

Ah, you're not reducing the cost, you're increasing the purchasing power (resource value).
So the diminishing returns when stacking these bonuses is by design.

I hope they will adjust the tooltips for these bonuses, as the currently displayed information is just wrong.
At least change the values of the shown cost reduction to the actual price cut. However, it would probably be better if this purchasing power mechanic were properly explained in a tutorial and the tooltips used less misleading phrasing.
