Activation error 212

Unable to register Deskscapes and ObjectDock

Running Windows 11 on my laptop and also on my mini-PC, activation all works fine on the mini-PC but not the same on the laptop, all Windows / MS patches are up to date.

Both machines have Fences, Start 11, WindowsBlinds 11, Groupy, Multiplicity all working perfectly and registered with my ObjectDesktop licence. However, both ObjectDock and Deskscapes throw up an error on activation of 212

I have tried the offline activation and the req/rsp upload / download fine but when clicking the rsp it states that this isn't correct for this machine, but it was created on the same machine just 60 seconds previously. 

 

I have freed up activation slots so I know it isn't that.

I would welcome suggestions of anything to try, cheers.

Thank you, I have tried each and every option there just now but none of them solve the problem. I have even launched the install as Admin but that makes no difference.

Is the Notebook on ARM base system? Also, please download directly from your account product page https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products, install it, reboot, try activate and report back. Also try doing it one product at a time.

Thank you but no joy either, the processor is Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10310U CPU @ 1.70GHz   2.21 GHz

I have been installing product by product (as in individual downloads)

Okay, it might be something to do with your account, so, Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
