Remove IconDeveloper association to dll files

I uninstalled IconDeveloper and rebooted. However, when viewing files in FileExplorer all .dll files still show that Stardock IconDeveloper is associated with .dll files. I already uninstalled the related programs but the uninstall did not remove the association.
How can I clear out this association
