Windows 11 default Start Menu gets more Bloat

When you click your User avatar, you get a popup showing your Account info.

And then you have to click the 3 dots to get the sign out option, with no restart, hibernate, or sleep options.

Can anyone give me a serious explanation as to why in order to sign off I need to see my account info?

From what I've read, this is an attempt to advertise Microsoft 365.

And yes, they seem to have lost their minds once again!
