problem with AI?

I play on incredible and early to mid game is ok when im on war, but problem become to mid-late game when AI never make battleships and better components to ships, im always do faster and get much better battleships ahed of them when they stuck on destroyers 

I set them personality to agressive and this still didn't change much expect they make wars more often

Hey, what turn are you on, that the AI still has no battleships? Could you maybe share a save file for a closer look?

I overdrive save filles and start new games, now im playing on godlike and they still don't doing battleships or dreads xD

they spam cruisers, frigates and boomers

 

im on turn 100 already

 

on godlike they do allready weapon components but they dislike to make battleships or dreads or logistic techs to make bigger fleets
