Lost account

Hi my father was showing me your site and I decided to create an account.  
I signed up with username ukdk1977 but it seems to have taken over his account .As you can see all his post are now showing my username.
His account is aceuk007 with email blad*****@outlook.com . He can't login back in. So can you please restore his details and if you have to delete  the ukdk1977. 
He has tried emailing support as have I but they bounce back

Sorry to hear you are having issues. For account issue, please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
