GalCiv v2.7 (missing reported bug fixes)

After doing a side-by-side compare of the latest v2.7 data files, I cannot see any fixes to the reported bugs in the XML data files.

This makes me sad.  :(

Can you be more specific as to what bug fixes you were looking for?  I'm not a designer, so I understand the screenshot.

The screenshot is to show an example of the side-by-side comparison done and the type of changes made in the v2.7 update.

Just the ones I have reported, which remain unaddressed include:

  • Beam Wpns vs Particle Beams (also previously reported by others)
  • Incomplete / inaccurate leader trait tooltips
  • Issues with the Ship Design and Ship Availability
    • Incorrect linked ship types in the Ship Designer
    • Ships not becoming available to build after preq research is complete
    • Nanite Cloud Ships do not include the Nanite Cloud component

that is just off the top of my head of the ones I have personally submitted.  I am sure there are many others reported that have continued to go unaddressed as well.

Hello Dorian,

I wanted to check on something, for specifics regarding the ships not becoming available to build after preq research, is this by chance also linked to the report concerning cutting principal? If not could you provide an example or direct me to the appropriate post?
