Email verification doesn't work


 

Hi .... I talked someone into purchasing Fences over the weekend and had a devil of a time trying to pay for it. It would not accept his credit card. Finally got that handled, Fences downloaded and installed itself (with error's) . It removed some of his icons from his desktop, he’s lost them and the box requesting email activation won't go away and no email to verify him.

Lot's of problems and no body to call. His name is Attilla Hevasy and his email is [email protected].

I referred him to this product and your website and now I'm embarrased at having done so. 

WHY NO TECH SUPPORT  ????????

We’ll call Monday morning and I hope your tech support and fix this.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. For the Email activation issue, please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

For the technical issue, please report back here once the activation issue is resolved.
