FastSpring makes impossible to purchase Stardock products
To whom it may concern at Stardock:
I tried to respond to your recent discount offer: "Limited Time Offer: Save 25% on Start11 v2 for Multi-Devices!"
Unfortunately, I discovered it is virtually impossible to purchase your software via FastSpring payment processor.
When I attempted to place an order, I got this massage: "We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance."
I tried everything I could think of to correct this problem - multiple Win10 and Win11 PCs, multiple browsers, disabled VPN, disabled browser extensions, disabled ad-blocker, alternate email address, etc, etc. Nothing worked and I wasted at least an hour before giving up.
I have no idea if other potential customers have encountered this problem - but if so, you are losing potential customers and revenue.
I contacted FastSpring and received this reply: "We appreciate your recent attempt to place an order with us. However, I regret to inform you that we are unable to accept your order at this time. Please try again with an alternate payment method. Let us know if that attempt is unsuccessful. We understand this situation may be inconvenient, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration it may cause." I did "try again" many times.
I am very disappointed that I cannot purchase your software. Hopefully, you will soon have this resolved and I suggest you find another payment processing provider. Meantime, I will look elsewhere for my software needs.
