Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Try this, uninstall Groupy, reboot immediately, re-download Groupy installer. Install it, reboot again immediately after installation finished. Retest it and report back.

Thank you.

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

Please try this guide: https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#keepsaskingactivation

Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time. A "Run" dialog box will pop up, please paste the path below into the "Open" field and press OK:

%ProgramData%\Stardock\

In the folder that pops up, you should see a folder named PRODUCTNAME (Groupy2). Please delete this folder and all of its contents.

After you have deleted that folder, please attempt to activate it once again and it should succeed without any errors.

It has also been reported that some “system cleaner” type software will remove these needed files, if this happens, adjust your program to not scan these folders

Thank you,

That is strange. If you press, "No" when that "Uninstall Product" popup message appear, what happen? It simply close?
