Insider Warlords 2.6 - Issue with Faction that ceased to exist coming back to honor an agreement

This faction was conquered by their home CIV and turned everything over to me, their only friend (always be friendly with the very weak Civs }:)  ).  I don't think your mission/event counter takes that change into account.  This mission/event should have terminated.

Happened to me too. I destroyed Drengin and then lord Kona is like "good job, take this".
