Cannot purchase the upgrade to Groupy 2

Hi, I typed my email address into the upgrade checker for Groupy 2 and it tells me that i'm eligible for an updrade with a reduced price.

When I click the Upgrade button and I want to pay, I got this message: "We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance."

I tried to pay with my Paypal account and my credit card but none worked.

Please help

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
