I can't find the game

Hello! The full game is now released, and therefore the playtest has been removed, you should be able to launch the full game from your library at this time

i just purchased the newly released full game once I received the email that it was now available. i received the product receipt/serial number but was NOT given the option to download the game.  where do I go for that?

I received the "Your Product Keys" email after looking in my Trash/Spam folder, which brings me to Steam despite ordering directly through Stardock after clicking the link in the email.  Once I sign into Steam I do NOT see the game anywhere in my library.  I should have purchased it directly through Steam to begin with. Really disappointing.  Unpolished release.  This should not happen.  On my Stardock page I still have download links to every purchase I made going back years... but not for this game.  Why does the download link direct me to Steam where it's not even in my library?

I received the same email, but there's a "Manage your orders" link - I click on that and the page asks for my email, which I give it, click "Continue" and when I get the email it has a link "Click here to manage your orders". Ok. FOllow the link and we're back to the request for my email address.

Direct order seems to have been a mistake - I thought that maybe the dev got more money from direct sales...

Figured it out: activate the key they sent you in your Steam account. I won't detail how I got there, but it was as frustrating as my last port, but now I have the game!
