Start11 not working anymore

Version 2.07, Windows 11 Home 23H2

Hi,

I have been using Start 11 without any issue for quite a while, now. Today, I noticed that hiding the taskbar did not work properly anymore. So I upgraded to version 2.07 (I was using some 1.xx version before). Now, I Start11 does not work at all anymore. When I restart Windows, I get into the Start 11 config screen, but whatever I do there, I only get the default start menue and default taskbar. Start 11 does not do anything. According to the taskmanager, the process is running, though (Stardock Star11 Service -> Stardock Start 11). And of course, in the settings, I set it to ON (Windows 10 style) :)

PS: I invested quite some time in configuring the start menue (adding all programs and categorizing them nicely). I there any way of reinstalling Start11 without loosing them (if they are not already lost)?

I would uninstall and reinstall as it sounds like a bad install issue.

Do not pick the option to clear your settings.

You can also backup your settings using Start11 config.

That indeed did the trick! It's working again, even hiding the taskbar, and no settings were lost. Thanks!! ^_^
