Clock is on topo of disktop drag across and calendar comes up

As I can do with my iPhone 13 ios 17.4.1 I can have 3 progfram laying on top of each other. I have instant access to any of the three,

Example:
Clock
Calendar
OneNote

Drag across the clock, up, and Calendar comes up. Drag down and OneNote comes up. It saves space but most importantly keeps items together that are related.
