Vertically center full screen Start Menu

Start11 aligns icons vertically at the top in the full screen Start Menu.

I would like to vertically align the icons in the middle, similar to how Windows 10 does it.

On both 1080p and 4K displays, moving the icons to the very top creates a lot of mouse movement between the Start button, taskbar icons, and icons in the full-screen Start menu. Positioning them in the middle would make things more efficient.
Can Start11 do this? If not, can it be added?
