cant log in

purchased object desktop and set it up on my computer and it was working. And when I starte the computer again I was asked to input the key again. It is ridiculous to have to of this every time the computer starts. Then to make it worse, after putting in the key, i get a message saying that my email is not associated with that key, I typed in the key looking an the email I received to tthat email address.

This whole scenario is ridiculous. How do I fix it asap or get my money back????????????

  • For the wrong email association with the key issue, might be account issue. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "As a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait.
