I tested on my Windows 11 system, but, I can not reproduce your issue. Just a test, try apply Windows screensaver and see it Windows screensaver work. Report back.

Nope.  Screensaver not working at all. It just doesn't come on..

Nope.  Fixed the windows issue and screensaver is working with windows screensavers, but NOT with deskscapes.

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

After all of that it seems to be working now. fingers crossed

Well, it worked for awhile, but has now stopped, again.  For a long time I loved this product.  Now it is constantly stopping and a big PITA.

Just to confirm you on Deskscape 11.01? When you said it stopped working, any error message popup? It run but freezes or just blank screensaver?

Yes. Blank screen. I set it up as per usual, and it will even show preview. But it never comes on.  And will go back to the app and there us none currently as being in use. BTW, other Screensaver work. 

What do you mean by that? Are you saying, Screensaver don't work on specific animated wallpaper only?

Yes.  Doesn't work with Stardock deskscapes any longer

Any animated wallpaper can not applied to Screensaver? But if applied as desktop wallpaper animated wallpaper work?

I don't know what you don't understand.  Deskscapes no longer works with windows screensaver.  uninstalled and reinstalled.  Went through hours of troubleshooting.  Does not work.  will work as a background, but not as a SCREENSAVER!!!! No matter what settings I try.  If I can't get it to work I will delete and uninstall for good.  Because it is useless.  What about Deskscapes doesn't work as a screensaver do you not get?????

I can confirm, since today I made the update Windows 11, version 24H2, and deskscapes stopped to move, I have now a static wallpaper of the normally moving one, 
I tried to reinstall deskscapes, to change the wallpaper ... nothing ..

Yesterday, before the windows update, all worked perfectly

Aldo since this I have this error too 



Since this windows update I also have trouble with Fences .... I have 3 screens, and since the last W11 update Fences dont save the icon positions ... and if I do manual save, the preview is just white

I don't get to this version yet, is this Windows 11 preview version? If so, do know that Stardock do not support Windows 11 preview version.

Hello, yes it's w11 insider. 

But I'm an insider since years and it's the first time than desk scapes and fences don't work like this...

You know, you can go insider easily.

I will certainly not roll back and risk to break my system just because a paid app don't work 😢

That is what you risk when you opt to run on insider build. I am sure Dev are looking at any issue it have with Windows v24H2.

Still not working...is useless since windows update as other poster states.  Now, trying update, says it won't because it needs windows 10.  Seriously? I have win 11!  Just like the poster and everyone else.  Why send an update to work with an OLD windows? WTF? I will give it another week, then you are garbage!!!  And will stop payment

You keep sending me this ..about sandbox and I do not have sandbox anywhere on my pc!  You need to offer better help.  I have already uninstalled deskscapes. Please advise help other than bogus sandbox
