HOW DO I DOWNLOAD 1.51.1 DIRECTLY?

Hello, I purchased object desktop and I ONLY used Fences and Groupy. I need to update to v1.51.1 because you guys broke 1.51. However, I can only download the entire Object Desktop installer. I DO NOT want to install all of Object Desktop. I just need to install Groupy 1.51.1. HOW DO I GET JUST THAT UPDATE?

Go to your "downloads" under your profile. then under Object Desktop click "veiw individual downloads" from there you can download all of the object desktop downloads separately.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please go here: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products and look under "Viem individual downloads". There listed all available downloads for Object Desktop active subscriber. Refer screenshot below as reference.

Thanks

I see no way to view Individual Downloads. Not sure if it's because my subscription has expired. But my only options on the Object Desktop section is Download, Renew and the three-dots which when I click, just gives me Product Key Information. Why is this so difficult?

Please post a screenshot of what you see when you arrive at this link: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

All versions of your software remain at the version they were at during the time your subscription expired.

If 1.51.1 came after your subscription expired you would need to resubscribe to get it

Then why did I have valid and active v1.51.0? (The broken one)

Besides that, how do I download the version I had when the license expired. I'd rather go back to that then use this broken version. PAYING customers are treated with broken software, no way to download fixed or even original version individually, etc. and you want me to resubscribe? Lol.

Did you get that version after your subscription expired?

I have no idea how I got it. It's NOT v2.0 so it's not the new one. It probably updated itself at some time and now it doesn't work right. If 1.51.1 is the fix, I should be able to get it w/o all these issues. Either that or a link to the old version pre 1.51.0.

You would need to find an installer for that version. I think Basj will be more help if you lost your old installer.

If you still have an installer in your old stardock OD folder then you can probably uninstall gtoupy then reinstall it again.

My only option in the download page is the download the ENTIRE Object Desktop package and install the ENTIRE Object Desktop Package.

Object Desktop creates a folder on your computer in your download folder located on your pc. If you still have a installer there it might help

To me it looks as if you have no active subscription/permanent license for any software. If you haven't a copy of your installer downloaded when your sub was active, there well may not be a way to help you obtain what you seek.

basj will know more than any of us, though so don't lose hope...and should you renew, download and backup your installers.

Well, what Doc said is true. Once your subscription expired, you can not download any, new or old, installer from your expired account. This is why we recommend Object Desktop user to download and keep all downloaded installer in a safe location for future use while their subscription still active.

Thank you,

The internal auto update checker in the app should be prompting you for the newer version.  Did you disable automatic updates in the app?
