Groupy 2 - Activiation Code not working

I purchased Groupy 2 six months ago and when I check my account I can get an activation code for Groupy 2.

But when I install the software it says that the Activation Code in my account isn't attached to my email address, but when I check my account it clearly is. 

Has anyone else seen this issue.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. For account issue, please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
