Citizen relocation is a fantastic feature

I have 700 hours in the game and can't live without moving my citizens around.  I always wished in was in III.  Looking at the relocation screen it occurred to me that if I could move citizens both ways, export and import, it would be better.  If I could import citizens I could see the whole list and choose one two three.  I think that would improve an already great feature.

Wow, the game just gets better, keep up the great work!
