Currently I run 2 system hacks to acheive my goal, but I think it might be a nice idea to add these directly to OD as they are related in some way.

To run OD 'on top' of my start menu, in place of the taskbar icons, I must run a patch to hide the taskbar icons and also a patch to remove 'always on top' from the taskbar. This then allows me to place the dock in front of the taskbar and always on top.

Would it be possible to ad this functionality to OD directly? Also, instead of the 'always on top' position of OD, perhaps 'always on top of taskbar, but not on top of everything', so that full screen apps would be allowed over the top of the dock.
