Stardock Start11 v2 not working

Good morning,

I am contacting you because I have a problem with Stardock11 V2 which I have just installed.

 

I have been using Stardock Start11 for several months without problems.

For a few days and a recent update, Stardock Start11 v1.5 was causing my computer to slow down. I like Stardock Start11, so I thought I'd solve the problem by purchasing Stardock11 v2.

 

Unfortunately, neither option works. For example, when I select the "Widows10" type display, nothing happens and I stay with the Windows 11 "start menu".

 

However, I restarted the computer (several times), I tried to end the task in Stardock Start11 then start it: nothing, it does not work.

 

In Windows Task Manager, I noticed the line "Stardock Start11 configuration utility (32bits)". But my computer is 64bit. Could the problem come from there? However, I didn't have this problem with version 1.5, everything worked as it should. Do you have a 64bit version of your software?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try this, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately after uninstall finished. Re-download latest Start11v2.07 Beta. Install it, reboot immediately after installation finished. Retest and report back.

I followed your advice: everything works again, the thumbnails I had created were also restored by upgrading to version 2.0.7, and my computer is no longer lagging.

 

I'll still have to adjust the settings because there's a lot of modification, but it's cool.
