Is there a way to limit FPS at this time? i dont need 400+ fps

Its probably not true fps. I mean, do you have a monitor with that high of a frequency?

as far as i can tell there are no video options at all yet, i was hoping there might be a launch command or config file to edit
Open "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\sins2\settings\settings.json"and change this value: "rendering.enable_variable_refresh_rate": true, to false.
Lots of settings exist, we just haven't added them to the in-game interface yet.
