I have the free program Bootskin for changing startup screen, is there a similar program for changing shutdown screenS?

I think he means the shutdown screen, the one that says "It is safe to turn off your computer", if this is the case then stardock has not covered that section yet

It all depends on whether your computer shuts itself off automatically or not. If your computer doesn't automatically turn off when you "Shutdown", then you would see that message.

Hmm ,maybe he's one of those persons that have been told that ACPI is evil and have set their machines to APM ?

Actually, I like to put my PC in hibernation, and that screen is not skinned, but I'm not going to request such a thing. I think is enough with high-resolution boot screens.
