I'm sorry you're having an issue with starting the game. Please ensure you meet the recommended system requirements before starting a game with those settings. If you are sure you meet the recommended requirements and are still having this issue, I would greatly appreciate it if you could  screenshot the game settings you selected and send that info along with yur systme specs for our team to investigate.

I've been trying all kinds of game from the mission to new game the sadly only have a dual core not 4 core so maybe thats the problem

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz   2.70 GHz

16.0 GB of ram and lots of HD space.

To make sure I understand, are you able to play the game when you have the settings reduced to meet your system performance limits? As in, when you set up a game that says it meets your system requirements of 2 cores and a maximum of 16GB of RAM at most, are you able to play without issues? 

If no, please provide additional explanation about the issue you're experiencing so that I can better understand.

If yes, then the bottleneck here is that you are limited to games that are small enough for your system to handle.

I'm able to play sometimes game with in the limits of my computer but sometimes the game will still randomlkly crash or lock up or randomly close and go back to my desktop
