DUMP FILES

by "dump files" do you mean the debug.err? if not, what file are you referring to? if yes, please link here and describe the issue you encountered in as much detail as possible so our team can investigate.

I'm sorry my computers seems to save it as GalCiv4.DMP

They still need a description of what your problem is along with posting that file 

Game not loading.

I just removed the 4 GB file so I can use my drop box again for other things like screen shot of CTRL ALT DEL

I'm not sure what files you're sending, but they appear to be deleted. If you could please send the debug.err file from your GalCiv4 folder that would be appreciated.

This is the end of the file path for finding the debug.err: Documents\My Games\GalCiv4

From looking into the file with note pad I saw this line.
Debug Message:  EOS SDK Log Message: No existing persistent auth credentials were found for automatic login.
Debug Message:  [EOS SDK] Login Failed - Error Code: EOS_InvalidAuth
Debug Message:  Disabling persisent auth.  User will need to login manually.

Not sure if that helps
