Bugs regarding with new release

I think it would be nice to contain any bugs we see in this board regarding new patch, or should we report them in forum thread of general announcement? 
Anyway, took Colony seed nanite, used the ability, but didnt recieve free logistics.

Also took Hoshiro robotics cruiser, but when trying to heal my won ship, says Target ownership not valid.
