Krynn Syndicate: No missions?

Having played as the,

  • Terran Alliance (tutorial)
  • Terran Resistance
  • Phalenoid Advance
  • Manti Cluster
  • Krynn Syndicate
  • Torian Regime (started yesterday)

 

And with the exception of the Krynns, all had missions.  Is this something unique to them (and possibly a few other civilizations), that they don't get assigned missions?

It looks like the missions are available if you have Altarians, Arceans, Drath, Drengin, Humans, Iconians, Korath, Torians, and Yor as your citizen race. Krynn have "any species" as theirs. The real question I have is that it says "Terran Alliance or any custom civ that has humans as citizens" but not the Terran Resistance?
