The Windows 10 style can be set up to look pretty much like the App/Pro styles by tweaking the configs and the All Apps list is on the left. Give it a look.

This is a decent solution, though it would still be nice to have it for those styles since the Windows 10 one is kinda janky.

Sorry, I should clarify that I say "janky" in reference to the way the Windows 10 style feels to use in comparison to the other styles. This includes the way Windows 10 natively handles its own start menu without Start11. Nothing is broken, just personal preference.

If you use the "Advanced options" in the Windows 10 style, you can make it look like the Windows App style except for the location of the Quick access shortcut list. Play around with these settings and see what you can do.

Here's how mine looks; I use Tabs extensively because I have over 200 shortcuts on one page:
