Mouse Scroll In Settings Can Change Options

While using the mouse to scroll around in Start 11 v2's settings, if your mouse happens to land over an option that has a drop down, instead of continuing scrolling down the page it starts scrolling the options which can change settings without the user realizing it.

I also had this problem quite often when I first started using Start11. I have learned to be more careful over time, but I still occasionally change settings accidentally, especially the "Shortcut icons should be sized" setting. I agree that it would be much better if these pull down menus didn't scroll.

Unfortunately thats how windows does things.  It sends the message to the window under the mouse cursor and when it is over a combo box it scrolls that.
