Unable to re-download Start 11 v2 Beta

Hi,

I have subscribed to Object Desktop specifically in order to access the Start 11 v2 Beta for ARM processors.

I downloaded this and had it running ok.

I then had to delete it due to a couple of issues.

Now when I try to download it from Object Desktop, it no longer shows as a Beta, and when I install it, I get the messages about needing to subscribe to OD to try the Beta out (which I am, and logged in), and it then refuses to run.

If I try to download it from Object Desktop Insider on the website, I get as far as the download link, and then it says "This URL no longer exists"

In fact, further investigation now suggests that the Stardock system no longer recognises me as a subscriber to Object Desktop.

 

This is not correct, as I subscribed on the 7th of February. and it is still showing on your website as an active subscroption.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Most probably account issue. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, do know there is no beta currently for Start11v2 since the last  v2.06 Beta has now gone to v2.06 full release. You can also check version from your account page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products
