Start11

I bought upgraded versions of fences and start11 tonight. My emails showed two instances of purchases for fences and zero for start11. When I go to my Stardock account page and look at my software, it shows me I purchased Start11 v2 and the activation code, which unfortunately does not work. If I can't get a proper code, I guess I will have to dispute the transaction with Paypal. Could somebody at Stardock tell me why I got the wrong code listed?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. For account issue it best to raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
