Start11 v2 bug in placing Windows 10 tiles/icons

When I try to reorder the tiles (icons) in Window 10 mode, the icons are automatically moved to a place where I don't want them. This is very annoying and cripples a major feature of Start11.

I reverted back to Start11 v1 which works perfectly normal (it places the icons where I want them without trying to outsmart me. Evidently not every update is an improvement.

I will send you a mail with a small clip that demonstrates the problem.

This bug is still not fixed, despite support's claims. I'm using the latest version and it's maddening trying to move tiles around, and the empty space is suddenly populated by another tile and you end up making a group. Amazing that this bug has been around for so long, contemplating asking for a refund.
