Start11 - New Screenshots hide behind Taskbar

I've moved my Windows 11 Taskbar to the top of my screen (auto-hide disabled), but there is this very annoying glitch that happens, which is very disruptive to my process:

Whenever I take a screenshot using the Snipping Tool, the screenshot defaults to opening at the top of the screen, behind/under the Taskbar, which hides the top of the window.  So I have no way to drag, minimize, or close the window after that (using the mouse).

Here is what happens:

This is what is supposed to happen:

Is this is a glitch?  Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I can not reproduce your issue on my system. Refer my video below. If your steps differ than mine, please post a video showing us your step process so I can try to reproduce the issue on my system.

Thanks

Hey Basj, thanks so much for your response.  You helped me solve my problem, or fix the glitch rather, in an indirect way.

I was trying to set up a video grab of the issue but after I set up the first motion capture window, and then took a screen shot, the screen shot aligned to the bottom of the screen instead of the top.  I guess the software was stuck trying to align the images to the top (under the Taskbar) but for whatever reason starting a motion capture first and then taking a screenshot seems to have reset it.

Now whenever I take a screenshot it aligns to the bottom and I no longer have a problem.  Massive time saver for me, so thank you for that ;)

I suspect it saved screen coordinates to open at which were at the very top of the screen.
