Breaking behavior when anything other then "show only active window" is selected

I bought groupy yesterday and then requested a refund because I got Groupy not working.

When I minimized (back to taskbar and also happening with resizes) a maximized window with tabs (multiple windows of firefox, or chrome, or edge, I tried all three) and then wanted to open it again and/or go through the groupy-tabs, I got really breakable glitches.

The whole groupy-window would appear/disappear, windows are not correctly displaying etc.

Tried it on my laptop and also on a sandbox on my laptop. Thought the programm is completly broken.

But today I discovered I dont have these bugs when "Show only active window" is selected, but with "Show only one combined button" and "Show all" this bugs appear. Both on my sandbox and also on my laptop.

Please fix this! I think its not hard to replicate the bug, just play around with Maximized Browsers (or possibly also other programms) when one of the 2 settings is activated. E.g. Win+D reliably gets you these glitches.

I also saw 1-2 mentions elsewhere in some other threads of this bug e.g. here:

https://forums.stardock.com/524974/groupy-2-bugs

Edit: I am using Windows 11 fully updated... As I said it also happens in the Windows Sandbox so additional installed programms are not needed for the bug to appear, I think.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I can not reproduce the issue on my system. Or maybe I misunderstood your issue altogether. Would appreciate if you could post a video and let us see and try to understand the issue better.

Thanks

I cant ask you for information \ testing if you dont have a working copy, VII3177.

If you decide to purchase again, and still see the issue, please let us know.

Actually I am using the software now because I found the "fix", I need to select "show only active window".

I am now using the 30 days free trail but I will most probably buy the program after the trails ends...

I really like it so far but I would very much be able to choose another option, the show only active window is my least favorite...

Thanks for the win d tip as we could reproduce some weirdness here with that and are looking at it for the next update.

I suspect it does not happen with fences installed which may be why basj had no luck reproducing it.

I have fences installed (not in the video but on my main system) so I can safely say that that is not the case, also have the bug there.
