No audio ingame

Was wondering if there were any fixes to no Audio ingame. searched online but was unable to locate any fixes.
the Audio is played during the Cinematics, but in menus and in-game there is no audio or Sound effects.
have the full game + expansion on steam.

tried Validating game files, uninstall, manualy deleting the games, windows update + all the usual jazz
but was unable to get the audio playing, are there any know issues with the Audio ?

have tried to change the Audio output settings ingame , but these are my current settings.

Fixed it my disabling Audio enhancement effects in W11 and setting Format to CD quality.
